camp katur | styled shoot

I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazingly talented Amy of Greenhouse Florist, Ripon and superwoman Kerry who runs Camp Katur in Camp Hill estate to create a barn wedding styled shoot. We set out with the empty barn at Camp Katur, which by the way is a fantastic venue within a beautiful woodland setting, and transformed it into a woodland wedding wonder.

Amy and Nigel from Greenhouse Florist Floral Décor, Vintage Props and Venue Styling set about dressing the barn. There were tree branches hung from the rafters with ferns in mossed pots hanging down. A stags head hung above a Faux fireplace they created from wooden veg crates. Amy used bright summery tones of Coral Peonies and blue Thistle and Delphiniums to add touches of colour to the lace covered banquet table piled with old books. There were arrangement in vintage flower pots and larger glass containers covered in Chicken wire. The shiny silver candle sticks give the impression of opulence in times gone by.
The old door which is one of a pair that they hire out, makes a gorgeous table plan display which I had the pleasure of designing a beautiful lace coral seating plan for.
